Supa-Roof Big Value Bundle Promotion Terms and Conditions

1.    Promotion Rules

1.1. The Promotion:  Big Roof Value Bundles Special.

1.2. Promotion Guidelines: Purchase of 1 of 8 bundles and receive a discount on your purchase.

1.3. The  Supa-Roof Big Roof Value Bundles Special Campaign will start on the 19th of January and run until the 30th of April 2024.

1.4.  The Promotion is open to all South African citizens or permanent residents who are over 18 years of age, except for directors, members, partners, employees of SupaRoof (Pty) Ltd (the “Organiser”), and any of its affiliated companies, and its advertising and/or promotion agencies, consultants and business partners that form part of the promotion, or any person directly or indirectly who controls or is controlled by the Organiser, including any of their immediate families.

1.5. The Promotion is valid on the purchase of any one of the following bundles:

2.    Eligibility Requirements

2.1. A customer is required to make a purchase, by way of a single transaction, of one of the 13 bundles stated in 1.5 at any Supa-Roof store.

2.2. The promotion does not include the delivery and installation of the products stated in 1.5.

2.3. The promotion excludes all other products sold by Supa-Roof that do not form part of the bundles stated in 1.5.

2.4. Purchases made after 30th of April 2024 will not qualify for the promotion.

3.    General

3.1. In the event of any dispute arising with regard to the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions including the interpretation thereof, the decision of the Organiser is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

3.2. The Promotion is conducted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Should any of these Terms and Conditions be deemed unenforceable, then that portion will be deemed to be deleted and the remaining rules will remain in force.

3.3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in their sole discretion should they consider this appropriate, before the Promotion closes, and any such amendment(s) shall be posted on the official Supa-Roof website www.suparoof.co.za.

3.4. The customer acknowledges and hereby consents to the Organiser and the Supa-Roof Outlets collecting certain personal information about the customer for the purposes of this Promotion including the contact details such as telephone number(s) and email address(es). Personal information collected from the customer will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013. In particular, the Organiser and the Supa-Roof Outlets undertake not to sell, use or share this information to or with third parties, or for any other purpose other than related to this Promotion, unless we have received your prior written consent, but may disclose the information if required by law.

3.5. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time. The Organiser shall have no liability whatsoever to the ustomer and/or third party arising from or as a consequence of such cancellation, suspension or termination.

3.6. The bundles are not available for purchase on Lay-by.

4.    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

4.1. The Organiser shall not be liable for any: claims, damages or losses (whether direct, indirect, general, special, incidental, consequential or punitive), expenses or costs (including, without limitation, costs on an attorney and own client scale) or injuries of whatsoever nature (together referred to as “Losses”), suffered by the customer or any third party arising from or as a result of this Promotion (whether directly or indirectly) and/or the customer’s participation in this Promotion; and

4.2.  The customer indemnifies and holds harmless the Organiser and the Supa-Roof Outlets against any Losses, howsoever caused or arising from participating in this Promotion.
